What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your name, email address, and optional use-case information. When you use Kael AI, we process your inputs to generate governed outputs. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.

How we use it

Your data is used to: (1) provide the Kael AI service, (2) improve governance accuracy through anonymized, aggregated patterns, (3) communicate with you about your account and our service.

Governance transparency

Kael AI's governance feed shows you exactly what data was processed and how. Your audit trail is yours. You can export or delete it at any time.

Data retention

We retain your conversation data for the duration of your account. You can delete individual conversations or your entire account at any time. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We follow SOC 2 Type II controls. Our governance pipeline itself monitors for credential exposure and data leakage.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and export your data. For GDPR, CCPA, or other privacy requests, contact us at privacy@getkael.ai.
